Yes, you can cancel your order within 24 hours of placement by contacting our support team. Orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled.
What should I do if my payment fails, but the amount is debited from my account?
If your payment fails but the amount is debited, it will be automatically refunded to your account within 5-7 business days. In case the refund does not reflect within this timeframe, we recommend reaching out to your bank for assistance. You can also contact our support team, and we’ll be happy to help.
