Terms & Conditions
Please read the following terms and conditions carefully to aid your decisions.
About the Plan
- Kevali+ Smart Purchase Plan (“Kevali+” or the “Plan”) is available in three plan options: Quick+, Value+ and Max+. References to “Plan” mean Kevali+ as a whole; references to Quick+, Value+ or Max+ mean the specific option selected by the Customer.
- Eligible Kevali Jewellery means Kevali-branded jewellery products eligible for purchase/redemption as specified under the relevant program/policy, as amended from time to time.
- This Plan enables customers to accumulate value through fixed monthly instalments and redeem the accumulated amount, along with applicable rewards, exclusively towards the purchase of Eligible Kevali Jewellery.
- Kevali+ is a jewellery purchase facilitation plan only, based on advance payment for goods, and does not constitute a deposit, chit fund, prepaid payment instrument or wallet, savings plan, or financial investment, and is not regulated by any financial sector regulator in India.
- Customers are advised that participation in Kevali+ does not create any debt, liability, or financial obligation on the part of Kevali beyond the delivery of Eligible Kevali Jewellery against the accumulated store credit and the rewards payable under the selected plan option.
- Rewards are payable as per the terms of the plan option in force at the time of the Customer’s enrolment. Kevali may modify or withdraw rewards or plan options for new enrolments.
Eligibility & Enrolment
- Kevali+ is available to Indian citizens aged 18 years and above.
- Customers may enrol in-store at Kevali stores or through the Kevali website, platform or other sales channels of Kevali where Kevali+ is offered.
- Valid KYC documentation (PAN/Aadhaar/Passport/Driving Licence or any other government ID proof accepted as an officially valid document) must be submitted at the time of enrolment. PAN is mandatory if the total instalment value is equal to or above INR 2,00,000 (Two Lakhs).
- Any incorrect or incomplete KYC details may lead to suspension or termination of the Customer’s Kevali+ subscription.
- The Kevali+ account is non-transferable and cannot be assigned to another individual.
Plan Options, Tenure & Instalments
- Customers may choose from three plan options: Quick+ (3 months), Value+ (6 months) or Max+ (10 months).
- Monthly instalments start at a minimum of INR 1,000 (One Thousand), payable in multiples of INR 1,000 (One Thousand). The minimum monthly instalment for Quick+ is INR 10,000 (Ten Thousand).
- The monthly instalment amount selected at the time of enrolment remains fixed throughout the tenure of the Plan.
- The first instalment is payable at the time of enrolment. Subsequent instalments are due on the same date of each consecutive month.
- A grace period of 10 calendar days is provided for each instalment.
- Pending instalments cannot be paid cumulatively together with the current instalment.
- Kevali may send payment reminders to customers beginning 7 days prior to the relevant instalment due date. Such reminders are provided only as a customer convenience, and timely payment of each instalment remains the Customer’s responsibility.
Payment Modes
- Instalments may be paid via credit/debit cards, UPI, NEFT/RTGS or such other payment methods/channels as may be provided on Kevali’s online or offline channels for Kevali+.
- Cash payments are accepted up to a cumulative limit of INR 1,99,999 per Customer, in accordance with applicable regulations. Cash may be received by a designated and authorised person of Kevali at a Kevali-branded store.
- An instalment is considered paid only upon successful receipt/realization of funds by Kevali.
Redemption & Usage
- The accumulated amount may be redeemed only against Eligible Kevali Jewellery, which includes:
- Silver jewellery
- Lab-grown diamond jewellery
- Max+ may be redeemed against lab-grown diamond jewellery only.
- Gold and silver coins, silver idols and other silver articles are not eligible for purchase with the accumulated amount under this policy.
- If the invoice value exceeds the accumulated amount, the balance must be paid by the Customer.
- If the invoice value is lower, the remaining amount will be retained as Kevali Store Credit and cannot be refunded in cash.
- The accumulated amount cannot be combined with any other scheme or offer in the same purchase.
- Non-redemption and refund: If the Customer does not redeem the accumulated and unredeemed amount within 365 days from the enrolment date, the instalment amounts paid by the Customer (excluding any bonus or reward) will be converted into silver coins, after deducting: (i) payment-processing charges; (ii) scheme maintenance/service charges; and (iii) applicable taxes. The weight of the silver coins will be calculated at the silver rate prevailing on the 365th day from the enrolment date. The silver coins must be collected in person by the Customer (or by the nominee, as per the Nomination terms) from a Kevali store, and will not be delivered, couriered, or refunded in cash or by bank transfer.
- Kevali Store Credits credited as bonuses or promotions are not eligible for such refund. Amounts paid are otherwise non-refundable in cash and can be redeemed only against jewellery as permitted under this Plan.
Maturity
- Redemption eligibility is activated 1 (one) month after payment of the final instalment.
- The bonus is given on completion of the 4th month for Quick+, the 7th month for Value+ and the 11th month for Max+.
- Missed or delayed payments extend the maturity date of the Plan.
Rewards
- Upon successful completion of Kevali+, Customers receive a reward depending on the plan option selected (Quick+, Value+ or Max+), as stated below.
