No act or omission of Kevali prior to the actual dispatch of the product(s) ordered will constitute acceptance of your offer. If you have provided us with your email address, we will notify you by email as soon as possible to confirm receipt of your order and confirm dispatch and therefore, acceptance of the order thereafter.
We have made every effort to display the colors and sizes of our products that appear on our Kevali website as accurately as possible. However, as the actual colors you see will depend on your monitor. We cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will accurately reflect the color of the product on delivery. Packaging of the product may vary from that displayed on the Kevali website.
Shipping:
- Shipping Time: Orders are usually processed and shipped within 48 hours. However, please note (be advised) that in case of any orders for customized or personalized Jewellery, we will require an additional processing time.
- Shipping Charges: We offer a free shipping on all orders. Kindly note that free shipping does not apply to international orders or return shipments.
- Tracking: Tracking details will be provided to you via WhatsApp, email, or SMS, only once your order has been dispatched.
- If the Courier Company fails to deliver, the customer will not suffer any loss. In-transit risk is all ours, but Kevali will not be responsible for lost and stolen packages or any full or partial damages to the package after being left at the customer's address by the postal / courier agency.
