Shipping:
- Shipping Time: Orders are usually processed and shipped within 48 hours. However, please note (be advised) that in case of any orders for customized or personalized Jewellery, we will require an additional processing time.
- Shipping Charges: We offer a free shipping on all orders. Kindly note that free shipping does not apply to international orders or return shipments.
- Tracking: Tracking details will be provided to you via WhatsApp, email, or SMS, only once your order has been dispatched.
- If the Courier Company fails to deliver, the customer will not suffer any loss. In-transit risk is all ours, but Kevali will not be responsible for lost and stolen packages or any full or partial damages to the package after being left at the customer's address by the postal / courier agency.
